The shipments are carried out by independent transport companies and entrepreneurs working on the exchange; you choose who to work with and agree directly.

Sign up, add the route, dates, weight and body type — the listing appears on the exchange. Carriers see it in search and contact you directly. There's no "manager" between you.

Posting freight and return-freight contacts are free. Actively searching for carriers and opening their contacts requires a subscription. There's no commission on deals and no hidden fees.

Verification applies to members who work with contacts — including the carriers responding to your listings: they confirm their identity, and companies and entrepreneurs also confirm their business details. That's why there are fewer anonymous and fake accounts among active members. Someone who only posts their own cargo and doesn't open contacts may skip verification.

If you're shipping your own personal cargo — no, registration is enough. But if you plan to work on the exchange regularly, verification is worth doing: we take safety seriously, and so do carriers — they're more willing to work with confirmed shippers.

On popular routes responses come fast — often within minutes of posting. On rare routes it can take longer, so post your listing in advance. A lot also depends on the budget: the closer your rate is to the market, the more willing carriers are to take the trip, while a lowball rate can put them off even on a popular route. Use the average rates to offer a fair price.

It's an indicative price level on popular routes over the recent period — what a shipment on the route usually costs. It helps you negotiate a rate based on real market data, not guesswork. The average rate depends on the route, body type, season and how busy the route is.

Yes — at any time. A listing can be edited, paused or fully removed from the exchange. Carriers see the up-to-date version.

Registration is enough to post freight. Shipping documents (waybill, contract) are handled directly with your chosen carrier — as usual. It's also worth getting verified: carriers are more willing to work with confirmed shippers, so your listings will get more responses.
